The Campus’Air initiative is part of WestJet Cargo’s ongoing commitment to investing in our communities and providing affordable air cargo options to students and staff.
Students and employees of participating Canadian universities receive a discount on our published freight rates applicable to domestic shipments of personal effects.
1. Complete the Campus'Air Booking Request Form
2. Email the Booking Request Form to westjet@support.westjetcargo.com using your official university email address.
3. WestJet Cargo will respond with your booking confirmation and any questions if necessary.
4. Prepare your shipment. We provide tips on how to best pack in the FAQ sheet .
5. Drop off your shipment at the warehouse of the locations we offer. Campu'Air is offered across domestic Canada only.
